Every week, individuals are invited to engage in mindfulness meditation aimed at cultivating a sense of peace and mental clarity. Participants learn to remain present, enjoy positive experiences, and manage challenges such as anxiety and low moods. Consistent participation promotes effective self-care.
The sessions are secular and incorporate principles from Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), a method recognized by the National Health Service (NHS) England for its efficacy in primary care. MBCT is beneficial for everyone seeking to acquire enduring wellbeing skills.
Meetings occur every Wednesday at the same time, and only one registration is needed for access to the Zoom link.
For any inquiries regarding eligibility to participate, the facilitator can be contacted via email at noellelimlj(at)gmail(dot)com.
