Event Overview

Join a unique Camel Trek to celebrate the Spring Equinox in the enchanting landscapes of the Moroccan Sahara, starting from Marrakech.

The journey leads south to M’Hamid and the expansive dunes of Erg Chigaga, showcasing the stunning Atlas Mountains and the captivating towns of Zagora and Tamagroute. Participants will receive a traditional welcome with tea and pastries upon arrival at M’Hamid, followed by dinner, music, and a night spent at a cozy eco-lodge.

This scenic desert trek allows participants to follow in the footsteps of nomadic tribes, exploring picturesque tracks of the Sahara. Adventurers will have the chance to camp among the golden dunes, witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, enjoy delicious tagines around a campfire, and experience the calming ambience of the night sky. There will also be opportunities for relaxing activities such as yoga, meditation, and journaling amidst the beauty of the desert. Attendees are encouraged to bring along instruments or art supplies to fully embrace the seasonal transformation.

The trekking experience concludes with an exhilarating 4x4 ride through the desert landscape, returning to M’Hamid. This journey promises to rejuvenate one's spirit during this special time of year.
