The Slovenian Forestry Institute announces the third workshop focused on the theme "BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR MITIGATING CLIMATE CHANGE AND ADAPTING IN THE LULUCF SECTOR" titled "BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FOREST REPRODUCTIVE MATERIAL SECTOR (FRM)", which will take place as part of the LIFE IP CARE4CLIMATE project.

Purpose of the workshop: The workshop aims to encourage participants to explore new business opportunities in the field of forest reproductive material (FRM). It will feature presentations on current projects and tools that facilitate the development of the FRM market, digital solutions for more effective forest management, and funding opportunities for forestry development. The workshop will address key challenges and opportunities in the FRM sector and provide a space for networking, idea exchange, and identification of new avenues for developing business models and enhancing collaboration among all stakeholders.
The workshop is intended for forest owners, entrepreneurs, decision-makers, consulting and professional services, educational institutions, environmentalists, non-governmental organizations, and others interested in business opportunities in the FRM sector.

Preliminary workshop program:
Arrival at the workshop: Participants are encouraged, in the spirit of the LIFE IP CARE4CLIMATE project, to use public transportation, bicycles, or carpool to the event.
Parking: Due to limited parking capacity at the Slovenian Forestry Institute, attendees are requested to use public parking in Rožna dolina or the gravel parking lot near the Zoo.
