On Friday evening, participants are invited to unwind and relax. The event begins with a collective welcome meditation, where attendees can settle comfortably with blankets and pillows, leaving behind the stresses of the week.
For 60 minutes, they will immerse themselves in a "sound bath" featuring Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, shamanic drum, gentle wind gong, Koshis, and more. They will be encouraged to flow with the waves of sound and discover the surprises it brings. This is a time for deep relaxation, letting go of burdens, and recharging energy. It is an opportunity for participants to experience the healing frequencies and the gifts they can offer to the body, mind, and spirit.
The host looks forward to an evening filled with tranquility and harmony.
NOTE: Those arriving by car should allow ample time to find parking. For public transport, the Altona train station is just a 3-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop directly across the street. Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session, ensuring enough time for setup so that they can begin promptly. Entry will not be permitted after the session begins, and understanding on this policy is appreciated.
Good to know: Nothing needs to be brought; mats, blankets, pillows, and eye pillows will be provided on site. Comfortable clothing is encouraged if desired.
The host looks forward to welcoming attendees,
Marielle
