WHAT TO EXPECT?
Participants will undergo a personal cleansing ritual with white sage, engage in uplifting movement activities, and experience a verbal introduction to a meditative environment, guided by the rhythm of a shamanic drum, inviting a focus on the joy of the upcoming year.
