Christina will shepherd attendees through this nature-inspired journey, crafting a warm indoor atmosphere filled with soft cushions, blankets, and yoga mats to ensure total comfort. Although the mountains will not be physically present, the space will be enriched with grounding aromas, tranquil mountain melodies, and soothing visuals to help individuals connect with the peacefulness of nature from within. All necessary materials are provided, although guests are welcome to bring their own additional comforts.

Christina is a spirited and certified somatic dance facilitator dedicated to using movement as a therapeutic tool. She is fervent about helping others discover joyful expression through free-form dance. In addition to her passion for movement and self-discovery, she remains committed to practicing Yoga Nidra and looks forward to sharing this enriching experience with everyone.
