Program Schedule :

Friday, December 27, 2024 – Arrival Day for participants in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Saturday, December 28, 2024 (Conference Day) – Activities include registration, opening remarks, keynote addresses, and various sessions.
Sunday, December 29, 2024 – Optional city tour for participants.

Terms & Conditions :

Registration fees are final and cannot be refunded, negotiated, or transferred.
Participants are responsible for their visa arrangements, accommodation, meals, and transportation during the event.
An official invitation letter will be dispatched within 3 business days after completing the registration and confirming payment.

Any alterations due to errors in the invitation letter will incur a fee of US$50.

Supporting documents for visa purposes can be provided, including a Business License Copy, Certificate of Incorporation Copy, BBB Accreditation Letter, and Conference Invitation Letter. However, assistance with the visa application process itself is not available.
