Essential Emergency Response Skills for Seniors
Ryde Library is pleased to present a crucial information session aimed at individuals aged 60 and above, offering them the chance to acquire or refresh their life-saving techniques. Participants will gain confidence in handling emergencies through training in CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator). This session aims to empower attendees to believe that they can save a life, irrespective of their age. With summer approaching and outdoor activities in full swing, learning how to manage potential safety risks for loved ones is essential. Attendees will also enjoy a delightful morning tea.
