Swapping clothes is an innovative and budget-friendly way to refresh one's wardrobe, reduce expenses, and combat textile waste.
The Rex Centre in Potts Point will host a clothing swap accompanied by a styling demonstration. Individuals can bring gently used garments they no longer wear and learn how to revamp their wardrobe.
The styling demonstration will showcase how to creatively layer and accessorize items from the swap, allowing attendees to transform a single outfit into various styles suitable for different occasions.
This activity is exclusively for residents of the City of Sydney council area. A map of the City of Sydney boundaries is available here.
Participants should plan for a one-hour check-in period followed by 30 minutes of setup time. Depending on check-in timing, attendees may enjoy up to one hour of free time to chat with fellow fashion lovers or relax with a coffee before the swap begins.
