KIT DISTRIBUTION
Saturday, December 7, from 10 AM to 4 PM at Campo Amat 👉 Manuel Belgrano 700, Monte Grande.
What to bring to receive the kit? ID and registration receipt.
If someone is collecting the kit on behalf of a participant, they must present a photocopy of the ID and the registration receipt.
Awards
All participants will receive a medal. Winners will also receive trophies based on the categories:
*4 KM - Participatory -
Top 3 finishers in the general ladies' and men's categories.
*8 KM - Competitive -
Top 3 finishers in each category:
- Ladies/Men under 20 years
- Ladies/Men aged 21 to 29 years
- Ladies/Men aged 30 to 39 years
- Ladies/Men aged 40 to 49 years
- Ladies/Men over 50 years
RUNNER NUMBERS
Participants will receive a number that must be displayed on their race shirt during the event. This number is non-transferable, and care should be taken to keep it until the competition day.
Only the 8 KM runners will receive a participant number.
In case of losing the number, it is the runner's responsibility to keep it safe until race day. Loss of the number will disqualify 8 KM participants from the classification.
WATER STATIONS
Water stations will be available along the route and at the finish line.
IMPORTANT
The activity will not be canceled due to rain. It will only be suspended if the organizers deem that the weather poses a safety risk to participants, which will be decided on the day of the event.
SAFETY
An ambulance service and medical personnel will be present during the race to attend to emergencies.
In case of an accident, the coverage provided for the competition is limited to the time until the participant arrives at the nearest hospital. Medical care afterward will be the participant's responsibility, and Casa M.A.N.U. or any other organizer will not be liable for any consequences of such medical attention.
ENVIRONMENT
It is vital for participants, spectators, and organizers to protect the environment and not leave waste along the route, at the start, and finish areas.
RESTROOMS AND CLOAKROOMS
Restrooms and cloakrooms will be available for athletes to store their belongings. It is prohibited to leave valuables (documents, keys, wallets, mobile phones) as the organizers will not be responsible for losses. Only two items per participant can be left in the cloakroom. Participants are advised to deposit their belongings at least 30 minutes before the start time.
