Habitar El Cuerpo is a one-day experience focused on somatic and emotional work. The aim is to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful space for individuals to connect with themselves. Participants will engage in practical activities centered around self-discovery, emotional management, communication, intimacy, and boundaries through breath techniques, mindful awareness, movement, and loving touch to enhance personal well-being via joy therapy. This is an opportunity to learn and connect with other women, to affirm oneself, and to establish boundaries against those who hinder personal growth. It emphasizes the right to live authentically rather than conforming to external expectations.
JOY THERAPY is a unique method developed by Yania Concepción Vicente, a psychologist and somatic sex educator. Yania will guide participants in dismantling limiting beliefs and recognizing the internal narratives that block self-acceptance and the enjoyment of life's offerings. Individuals will learn to heal their wounds through joy.
What type of clothing should be worn? Participants should bring comfortable clothes as many exercises will involve movement and freedom of expression.
