The cookery session offers a friendly and relaxed environment with plenty of opportunities for questions and sharing experiences, making it perfect for beginners or those seeking new culinary inspiration!
Participants will also receive valuable tips on using food wisely to save money through clever food hacks.
The session will begin with an overview and demonstration, followed by hands-on cooking in the Learning and Enterprise College Bexley (LECB) kitchen. The total duration will be approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.
The course is offered free of charge, but advance registration is required, and attendees can only sign up for one class in the series. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is necessary if an attendee cannot make it, as failure to do so may affect future registration for similar sessions.
This session is designed for residents of Bexley or those living within the Bexley Borough.
What to Bring
Participants are encouraged to bring an apron for messy cooking and a couple of reusable containers for any food they wish to take home. All necessary ingredients and utensils will be provided.
Allergies
Those with allergies must inform the organizer prior to the session. Individuals with severe nut allergies are advised against attending, as a completely nut-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
