Edinburgh Business School is excited to announce a session titled 'AI in the C-suite: Implications for Businesses', led by Dr. Stavroula Kalogeras, MBA Programme Director, on Thursday, 12th December 2024, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at their advanced campus in Knowledge Park.
Dr. Alexandros Papaspyridis, a distinguished guest speaker, will present an insightful overview of how artificial intelligence is changing market dynamics and influencing business processes. Attendees will learn how leaders in sectors like fintech and life sciences are enhancing efficiencies and speeding up innovation by strategically implementing AI. Concrete strategies for organizational transformation and achieving a competitive edge will be shared.
Speaker Profile:
Dr. Alexandros Papaspyridis is an acclaimed authority in Artificial Intelligence, bringing over ten years of expertise in the field. Previously, he served as the Global Director for Azure Data & AI at Microsoft, where he spearheaded the integration of Generative AI into educational systems worldwide. Now the Managing Director at Nefos Consulting, he provides guidance to executives on maximizing AI for significant results. As an active member of the Generative AI Working Group at APRU, Dr. Papaspyridis frequently delivers keynote addresses and collaborates on academic publications about AI's role in education. With a PhD from Imperial College, he promotes AI as a critical asset for organizations and advocates for workforce skill enhancement.
