Reflections on the New Year & Meditation by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
As the New Year approaches annually, many engage in traditional celebrations, but deeper contemplation is often overlooked. The essence of welcoming the New Year lies in reflecting on new beginnings and potential contributions to Sahaja Yoga. While participants may have established their meditation practices, it is crucial to consider new intentions and actions aimed at addressing national and global challenges.
Is this a single meditation session? A complimentary 21-day meditation course will begin on Saturday, 25th January, 2025, at 7:45 PM daily. The same Zoom link will be used: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/2121217171.
Is there an opportunity for in-person meditation? Community meditation sessions are cherished. At the conclusion of the 21-day course, a retreat will be organized. Moreover, in-person classes of Sahaja Yoga meditation are available in various cities, with details shared post-course completion.
What is the purpose of the WhatsApp group? Following the New Year meditation, a WhatsApp group will be established to support participants during the 21-day guided meditation course, providing resources and reminders about upcoming events and recapping previous sessions.
