The International Projects Unit at Riga Technical University is organizing a seminar to highlight their significant initiatives. The aim is to promote cooperation and encourage participation in various project endeavors.
The seminar will open with a discussion on the educational challenges faced in different contexts, emphasizing lifelong learning, innovative learning strategies, and the strategic goals set by the European Union. This introduction will pave the way for an exploration of project design and implementation that aligns with these goals, as well as available funding and support avenues.
A major component of the session will center around the Games4Green project, offering an insightful look into its objectives, methods, and results. Additionally, the successes of RTU’s International Projects will be shared, providing valuable insights into the various initiatives undertaken and the strategies that contributed to their success.
The seminar will also address the importance of collaboration among students, academic staff, administrative personnel, and external organizations for effective international partnerships. It will cover strategies to enhance student engagement, improve feedback systems, and establish connections with organizations in Latvia, particularly focusing on their collaboration with RTU.
The session will wrap up with an opportunity for participants to give feedback and suggestions for future seminars. The seminar will be conducted in English and is accessible to organization representatives, students, and anyone interested in the topic.
Participants are encouraged to attend to gain insights into the best practices of RTU’s International Projects Unit, network with peers, and enjoy refreshments.
