• Each individual must arrange their own airfare to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)
• Flight itineraries should be provided to your agent 30 days before departure.
• Failure to provide flight itineraries may result in the need to arrange private transportation.
• A passport is necessary to attend.
• Registration should be completed with the name displayed on the passport.
• Travel Insurance is available through Allianz Insurance.
• Rates may increase.
• Delinquent payments may lead to reservation cancellation, with all payments forfeited.
• A $75 late fee applies for payments received after the final deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• After booking, one can log in to the client portal for account access 24/7.
