Children under the age of 16 are not permitted at the VCC to ensure all guests fully enjoy the performance. Parking is available for up to 12 cars within the VCC grounds, and reservations for space can be made when purchasing tickets. Bicycles and motorcycles do not require a reservation, and parking in the Sant'Ambrogio area is generally manageable.
Pets are not permitted in the VCC, as the focus is on providing a tranquil atmosphere for music appreciation. The ticket price includes entry to the concert and a reserved seat in one of the three available rooms, but does not cover any refreshments. The VCC is committed to compensating artists fairly and expects the ticket sales to support this.
Dining is not available at the VCC, though a selection of special cocktails, excellent wines, prosecco, and soft drinks are offered, along with popcorn or chocolate. It is recommended to have dinner before or after the show if guests are feeling hungry.
