DEMO'25 - Cities edition

The DEMO Public programme invites attendees to a day of engaging talks, interactive workshops, and a thoughtful panel discussion. Reservations for tickets are highly recommended due to limited availability. The event is scheduled for the 30th.

The DEMO Festival will take place across various locations in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Eindhoven, and Utrecht, along with selected broadcasts on large screens in cities such as Antwerp, Brussels, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cardiff, Leeds, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, LA, and Vancouver.

To navigate the train stations in the Netherlands, an OV chipcard is needed, which can be purchased at any station. If checked in and out within an hour, no charges apply. Attendees of the public programme at Amsterdam Central Station will not require an OV chipcard.

The discussions will be hosted at the First Class Waiting Room located at track 2. Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes early at the DEMO info point in the Cuypershall at Amsterdam Central Station, which faces the city center. From there, staff will assist with navigation due to crowd management protocols.

A ticket is necessary for both workshops and talks, as space is limited. Attendees should visit the 'Workshop & Talks' page to secure their free tickets.

For those arriving for a talk or workshop, it is essential to check in at least 10 minutes prior at the DEMO info stand in the arrivals hall (Cuypershall) on the city center side of Amsterdam Central Station, where the staff will provide further assistance.

If participants cannot arrive on time, they must adhere to the schedule to ensure a quality experience for everyone involved. Late arrivals may not be allowed entry.

To attend a different session, individuals can cancel their ticket reservation using the link provided in their confirmation email, allowing others to benefit from the availability. If tickets remain open, new reservations can be made for alternate talks or workshops.
