The WeTechCare organization, as part of the E-Inclusion For Belgium project, is hosting a full-day empowerment workshop for digital caregivers on December 9th at BeCentral.

This comprehensive workshop aims to enhance the skills of digital caregivers so they can better assist individuals in their digital journeys. Divided into three sessions throughout the day, it provides a unique opportunity for professional development and experience sharing.

Session 1: Orientation & Detection
In this initial session, participants will explore various techniques and tools to identify the specific needs of digitally vulnerable audiences. Through practical exercises and case studies, they will gain essential skills to detect potential obstacles to digital inclusion.

Session 2: Individual Support
The second session focuses on individualized support strategies. Participants will learn how to tailor their teaching methods to the unique needs of each learner, emphasizing autonomy and self-confidence.

Session 3: Collective Support
Finally, in this last session, participants will discover best practices for facilitating collective support sessions. From group management to creating an inclusive environment, this workshop will equip participants with the skills necessary to foster collaboration and sharing within their community.
