This foundational module on Milk Techniques & Latte Art equips participants with the essential skills needed for Latte Art, allowing them to progress independently and prepare for upcoming competitions.
Participants will learn critical techniques for perfect milk texturization and design creation.
The training alternates between theory and practical exercises, covering hygiene protocols and machine cleaning, alongside crucial techniques for achieving excellent milk consistency and pouring. By the end, participants will be well-versed in creating microfoam and achieving a silky texture for Latte Art.
Participants will practice texturizing, heating, pouring, and repeating!
Note: This module does not cover Espresso, Extraction Theory, or Grinder Adjustment.
This course is suited for anyone looking to advance in the Barista profession, including chefs, baristas, managers, and hospitality project creators.
Recommended prerequisites: Espresso & Grinder Adjustment, in addition to the Coffee Discovery Masterclass and Sensory & Tasting Workshop.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY
This methodology is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association and tailored by OK Coffee.
Theory: 1 hour - Practice: 4 hours = Total: 5 hours
The theoretical part includes projections.
The practical part utilizes cutting-edge machines: Dalla Corte Studio coffee machine, Mahlkönig E65S grinder, and Puq Press, all in collaboration with Schuilenburg Coffee Solutions.
Participants are advised to have breakfast before the class and bring their lunch if desired.
IMPORTANT: Avoid wearing strong perfumes or deodorants, as they may disrupt the course for others!
