Cancellation
In the event a participant cancels their confirmed registration or cannot attend, the following fees and regulations will apply:
More than 90 days prior to the event incurs a fee of 10% of the registration fee.
Between 90 and 45 days prior to the event incurs a fee of 50% of the registration fee.
Less than 45 days prior to the event incurs a fee of 100% of the registration fee.
OCPH prioritizes participant health and safety, especially regarding COVID-19 precautions. Participants should not attend if they feel unwell.
