Wine Up Comedy is a humorous monologue revolving around the world of wine.

Is it a stand-up? Yes. Is it a tasting? Also yes. Sheila Lala (@Sheilalalasheilalala) believes that the two greatest joys in life are laughing and drinking wine, which is why she crafted this show that combines both of her passions.

Audience members are invited to enjoy some laughs and sip wines at the renowned Galileo Galilei Room.

Throughout the show, three selected wines from a winery will be tasted:

- Glass of white

- Glass of crianza red

- Glass of reserva red

This will be accompanied by cured cheese, semi-cured cheese, and breadsticks.

A representative from the winery will be present.

It doesn't matter if attendees are wine novices, experts, or somewhere in between; the show is designed for everyone to enjoy and have a wonderful time, whether with friends, a partner, or even solo (the presence of solo attendees is always appreciated).

Sheila Gonzalez (@sheilalalasheilalala) is a comedian and actress from Madrid. She has appeared on various television programs in Spain and has also made a mark on television in Argentina and Chile.

Sheila created and premiered Wine Up Comedy in Buenos Aires. The show has toured various locations across Argentina, Santiago de Chile, Mexico, Burgos, Valladolid, and Alicante.

It features live music (Spanish guitar with Emilio Feijóo and Abel Franco), lots of laughter, and of course, plenty of wine!

Is it a tasting or a monologue? It's both. Wine Up Comedy is a monologue that explores the wine world while a waiter fills glasses with three exquisite wines. Alongside the monologist, a sommelier explains the wines being tasted. How long does it last? Wine Up Comedy offers an experience that includes a live guitarist, three wine tastings, and a small appetizer... The entire experience lasts about an hour and a half, although it might extend slightly as the audience gets more involved. Can groups attend? Absolutely. This show is perfect for celebrating birthdays, bachelorette parties, or reunions with friends. A special group pricing is available for more than 8 attendees. Everyone is encouraged to come along!
