Every week, individuals can step away from distractions and develop a sense of calm and clarity through mindfulness meditation sessions. Participants learn to stay present, appreciate positive moments, and manage challenging emotions like anxiety and sadness. Engaging regularly in these practices fosters a nurturing self-care routine.
The sessions are grounded in the principles of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), a method recognized by the National Health Service (NHS) England as an effective primary care treatment. MBCT equips participants with valuable lifelong skills for achieving overall wellbeing.
These sessions take place every Wednesday at the same time, using a consistent Zoom link that requires only a one-time registration.
For any inquiries regarding participation suitability, individuals are encouraged to consult with their therapist and contact the facilitator via email.
Facilitator: Noelle Lim, founder of Kindermind
Noelle holds certifications from the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and the UK’s Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), enabling her to teach mindfulness practices to both adults and youth aged 11 to 18.
