Each week, participants are invited to a mindfulness meditation session designed to foster serenity and focus. During these sessions, individuals work on being present, enjoying positive experiences, and navigating challenging emotions such as anxiety and sadness. Consistent practice promotes self-care.
The gatherings are secular and based on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) principles, endorsed by the National Health Service (NHS) England as an effective primary care approach. MBCT equips individuals with valuable skills for lifelong wellness.
Sessions occur every Wednesday at the same time via the same Zoom link—registration is only needed once.
For inquiries regarding participation suitability, individuals can reach out to the facilitator at noellelimlj(at)gmail(dot)com.
