Workshop: Scrum Projektsimulation

The Scrum framework has become essential for anyone involved in project management or product development. This introductory course provides insights into the various roles within the framework, including the responsibilities of the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team. Participants will learn about sprints and key practices such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. They will also explore the concept of the Product Backlog and its importance.

This workshop is designed for individuals seeking to gain an understanding of the Scrum framework and ideas on how to implement this method within their own organizations.

The workshops are exclusively for members and will be held in person at Halle 51 in Gummersbach. Those with suggestions or recommendations for topics or specific speakers are encouraged to reach out for communication.
