Mākslīgais intelekts izglītībā – Francijas un Latvijas dialogs

Info

On December 10, 2024, a discussion titled “Artificial Intelligence in Education: A Dialogue between France and Latvia” will be organized as part of the dialogue cycle on artificial intelligence that began in 2023 in partnership with the University of Latvia and the Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia.

Artificial intelligence is transforming education by redefining the roles of teachers and students. It provides opportunities such as predictive analytics and content creation while also presenting challenges, particularly regarding the necessary training for educators. In response, UNESCO has developed a Framework of AI Competencies for Teachers that outlines 15 key competencies categorized into five dimensions (ethics, pedagogy, foundations, etc.) and three levels (Acquire, Deepen, Create). The framework aims to ensure an ethical and effective integration of AI to enhance learning and professional development.

This dialogue will provide French and Latvian experts the chance to discuss these topics and contribute to their further development.

Admission is free. The discussion will be conducted in French and Latvian.

Pre-registration is mandatory.
