The launch of Food Ensemble's new album, "Concrete (Volume One)", invites attendees to experience a unique multisensory journey where sound and flavor merge.
This exclusive evening will feature live performances of all album tracks, paired with the dishes that inspired them. Each composition was created from the actual sounds of the kitchen, in collaboration with five renowned Italian chefs, allowing guests to immerse themselves in this combination firsthand.
Featured chefs include Sarah Cicolini, Davide Marzullo, Chiara Pannozzo, Mattia Trabetti, and Davide Giovinazzo, who have contributed their culinary skills to the album's tracks.

The dinner will showcase six courses that represent the “live version” of the dishes from the album, each paired with the corresponding track. Attendees can enjoy a delightful fusion of culinary artistry and music in a concert that can be savored.
