Join Noelle Lim for weekly mindfulness meditation sessions aimed at fostering tranquility and present-moment awareness. Participants will engage in practices that enhance their ability to remain calm, appreciate positive experiences, and navigate challenging emotions like anxiety and sadness. Consistent participation promotes effective self-care.
The sessions are secular and based on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which is recognized by the National Health Service (NHS) England as an essential tool for primary care. MBCT is beneficial for individuals seeking to acquire lasting skills for well-being.
