Ezra Mena is the CEO of Hometalk, a well-known DIY platform in Jerusalem that connects individuals to home improvement ideas. With a robust background in technology, advertising, e-commerce, and operations, Ezra has spearheaded multiple successful projects and focuses on driving growth in the media sector.
Brian Wallace is the Founder and President of NowSourcing, an acclaimed content marketing agency that simplifies and visualizes complex ideas. He has been recognized as a Google Small Business Advisor from 2016 to the present, joined the SXSW Advisory Board in 2019, and became an SMB Advisor for Lexmark in 2023. Brian also co-founded The Innovate Summit, which debuted successfully in May 2024.

Sarah Landman serves as the VP of Resource Development at MATI Jerusalem, working to secure resources for local entrepreneurs. She brings considerable expertise in nonprofit management and has a strong commitment to nurturing businesses within Jerusalem's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Sondos Alhoot, a political activist, is noted for being the first Arab woman to run for the Jerusalem City Council. She champions gender equality and advocates for the rights of the Arab community, emphasizing the need for inclusive policies that benefit residents of East Jerusalem.
Participants will include young professionals aged 24-39 from across Jerusalem. The gathering will be conducted in English, facilitating connections and communication among attendees. Seating is limited, and advance registration is recommended.
