This session is led by yoga teacher Emily Lisanti and wellness expert Naomi Buff, who will assist participants in releasing tension and achieving inner peace. Attendees will also partake in a discussion featuring Ed, the CEO and Co-Founder of PRESS, who will interview the experts about effective stress-relief techniques for the festive period. 1:10 pm - Meditation led by Naomi & Emily

A soothing meditation that incorporates gentle sounds, including chimes and music, to encourage relaxation.
1:25 pm - Discussion and Q&A with Ed, Naomi, and Emily

An engaging conversation and Q&A session that provides insights and shares stories on stress relief and mindfulness practices.

Preparing for the Breath Session with Naomi:
• Avoid food intake 3-4 hours prior to the session.
• Wear comfortable clothing; refrain from tight garments or waistbands that restrict the abdomen.
• Consider bringing a journal and water.
• Eye masks will be available for participants.
• Breathwork will be conducted in a lying down position.
• Participants should read the waiver prior to the session.
• Come with an open mind and heart.

Although breathwork is safe and beneficial, it is not advised for individuals with certain medical conditions including, but not limited to:
epilepsy, psychotic disorders, severe mental health issues, heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, respiratory problems, pregnancy, and diabetes. For any concerns, consult your healthcare provider beforehand.

Should any pain or discomfort arise during the session, revert to nasal breathing and communicate with Naomi or another facilitator.
Pre-natal and post-natal participants must secure verbal approval from their physician before joining.
