Mentor Walks Auckland: Get guidance and grow your network

Info

WHAT’S A WALK?

The concept is straightforward: You can join two other aspiring women for an enriching hour of walking and conversation along the Westhaven Path, guided by an exceptional female mentor. This setting provides a supportive environment ideal for discussing career development, addressing work-related concerns, overcoming challenges, and building connections. It caters to all types of career discussions, regardless of where one is in their career journey.

WHY WALK?

Engaging discussions with remarkable women: This initiative connects participants with influential Auckland leaders who have made significant strides in their careers. These inspiring CEOs, Founders, Executives, and Directors are eager to support the women in their community and encourage their progression. Joining aspiring mentees creates a powerful hour filled with insights and encouragement.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Gaining clarity and forging connections: Participants will gain a clearer understanding of their next steps and an enhanced sense of confidence, driving real progress. This is achieved by receiving invaluable advice from esteemed leaders, casually shared during the walk, turning challenges into manageable tasks. Furthermore, it offers an opportunity to expand one's network by engaging with like-minded women who share similar experiences. Each walk introduces participants to more women who are committed to supporting their journey, transforming networks into impactful relationships.
