An immersive Gong Sound Meditation experience is set to take place in Yaletown. Participants will begin the evening by setting their intentions, with the option to incorporate the Huachuma plant, a shamanic cactus from the Andes known for enhancing self-awareness and meditation.
Following this, attendees will engage in a brief Guided Breathwork session designed to calm the nervous system. This will be succeeded by a Monochord meditation featuring a 33-string OM Monochord, which produces a soothing sound landscape to elevate the spirit.
The highlight of the experience will be a Gong Sound Bath, where participants will be enveloped in a rich blend of frequencies from various gongs, including the 38-inch Pure Titanium Sun Dance Gong and the 38-inch Paiste Planetary Sun Gong, among others. The aim of this sound journey is to provide a safe and relaxing atmosphere for deep inner exploration.
