Renowned insect chef and creative leader at Fat Lizard, Topi Kairenius, has just returned from the source of insect delicacies in northeastern Thailand, bringing back a suitcase full of recipes and ideas. Skillfully paired with the brewery's latest offerings, the evening promises an array of surprises!
