A professional in investment with over 15 years of experience financing SMEs in Quebec. Currently, he supports companies at Fondaction to generate measurable social and environmental impact while achieving financial goals. He has also been a member of investment committees for funds such as the Greater Montreal Climate Fund, Filaction, and the Social Economy Trust.
👉 Claire Lanctôt, Co-owner of Les Jardins d'Arlington and finance coaching expert
Claire is a co-owner of the family business, Les Jardins d’Arlington. Her interest in organic farming practices extends to local land protection efforts and her involvement in the local community. Claire is also a consultant and corporate finance professional, a former executive in telecommunications, media, and software with international experience in working with both public and private companies, focusing on venture capital and private equity.
👉 Alexandre Jumelle, Principal, Private Investments, Agrifood at Investissement Québec
Alexandre is involved in private investments (agrifood) at Investissement Québec. He focuses on sourcing, analyzing, executing, and negotiating major investments in large Quebec companies. After investments, Alexandre represents IQ on boards of directors. Previously, he worked in the venture capital team and led transactions in Quebec startups.
