Understanding that habit formation requires time, the program spans 21 days. Participants are encouraged to dedicate time to this journey. If they find alternative interests along the way, they may choose to discontinue without any cost involved.
Participants can join the 21-day Kundalini Awakening community on Zoom from January 25, 2025, to February 15, 2025, at 10:45 PM daily. A YouTube channel will provide daily recordings for those unable to attend live sessions.
No previous meditation experience is required.
