Mark Ahessy, the head chef of The Old Spot, is set to present a culinary experience at June Blake’s Garden, known as “The Grinding House.” Guests will enjoy a meticulously crafted five-course tasting menu featuring local and organic produce sourced from Wicklow.
Originally from Clonmel, County Tipperary, Mark has honed his culinary skills at esteemed establishments such as Chapter One, L’Ecrivain, and others before finding his place at the Michelin-recommended Gastro pub, The Old Spot in Dublin, which recently released “The Old Spot Cook Book.”
The evening will commence at 7 PM on December 6, 2024, with a welcome drink, followed by an exquisite five-course dinner at The Grinding House. A selection of wines will also be available.
