5th Round - Play Hour Championship 2024 - 2025

This friendly tournament for the game LUZ takes place during the Play Hour Championship 2024 - 2025, marking its 4th season!

The championship consists of several tournaments throughout the year, with prizes to win at every event. Participants can accumulate fame points towards the annual ranking and earn even more prizes!

Shine in the light or remain in the shadows...

Upon entering the arena, participants are instantly struck by the scale of the challenge ahead... Players must navigate through colors and light to leave their opponents in the dark! LUZ is an original trick-taking game where players are unaware of the values of their held cards. Participants hold their cards face down, knowing the colors but not the values!
However, they can observe the values of their opponents' cards.
It's up to them to deduce the values of their own cards based on observation. To win, players must accurately bet on the number of tricks they believe they can take.

The game, created by Taiki Shinzawa, features illustrations by Crocotame and is published by Iello.

Rules clarification and setup begin at 7:30 PM, with the tournament scheduled to start around 8:00 PM. Participants should arrive by 7:30 PM at the latest!

To cover the costs of our host, access to the tournament requires a minimum consumption of 9 euros per person during the evening. If this amount is not met, additional fees will be added to the consumption. Dinner is available on site (home-made snacks).

Participants are encouraged to respect the schedule to ensure consideration for our host and opponents. Parking may be challenging in the evening, so it is advisable to arrive early! :)

After 8:00 PM, if participants do not notify us by phone of their imminent arrival, their registration may be reassessed, and we may admit others in their place.
