The CXPA Finland AI event is scheduled for December 17 at the headquarters of Enreach in Helsinki, in collaboration with Enreach, Shirute, Digiole, and Prifina.

Presentations will not be recorded – these latest perspectives and insights in the field will only be available to those attending in person. This is a unique chance to gain a competitive edge in merging AI with customer experience!

The session will provide an up-to-date introduction to the role of AI in customer experience. Topics will include the meaning of Agentic AI and how its various forms, like machine clients and digital assistants, transform the interaction between customers and organizations. Case studies from call center environments will illustrate how AI can support customer service agents in their daily tasks. The event will showcase how AI contributes to creating smoother service pathways and more efficient customer support. Innovations such as talking products and digital twins will be highlighted, illustrating their role in enriching customer experience and delivering new value to clients and organizations alike.

Speakers and topics:
* Henna Rundgrén, Head of Marketing, People and Culture, Enreach will open the event and guide the discussion on customer experience and the possibilities of AI alongside Sirte Pihlaja.
* Sirte Pihlaja, Executive Director, CXPA Finland & CEO, Shirute will discuss the role of AI in the context of machine clients and digital assistants during her presentation.
* Jenni Jokiperä, Director, Customer Experience, Enreach will share practical examples of AI applications in call center environments and customer service solutions.
* Matias Nurmi, Co-founder & Product Lead, Digiole will talk about AI-driven talking products and their potential for improving customer experience.
* Valto Loikkanen, Co-founder & CXO, Prifina & Senior Advisor, Digiole will introduce Personal AI and the role of digital twins in modern customer experiences.

After the presentations, there will be a workshop where participants can create their own content-driven digital twin with the guidance of Valto Loikkanen and other facilitators, so they should remember to bring their laptops. There will also be time allocated for informal discussions during networking immediately after the workshop.

Participants are encouraged to share their questions or topics they want to learn more about. The organizers are also receptive to hearing which subjects participants are focusing on currently and would like to explore in future sessions.
