Several years ago, Tanya was honored with an annual award from the Lothar Pfifferling Institute in Wuppertal, accompanied by a unique mission: to showcase the rich German music culture globally, starting with the Netherlands.
Subsequently, Tanya relocated to a small village in the German mountains, where she began the creative process of writing and sculpting this ambitious task.
The outcome is impressive and diverse, spanning from Bach to Peter Maffay and from Marlène Dietrich to the Palast Orchester, and back again.
HEIMATLIEBE has turned into a hilarious and musically exceptional full-length program that will forever change the audience's perspective on German music culture.
For this occasion, Tanya collaborated with three renowned German musicians:
- Marc Bischoff – Piano and Vocals
- Nils Fischer – Drums and Vocals
- Marijn van der Ven – Double Bass and Vocals
And of course, Tanya herself – on violin, vocals, writings (all portrayed through eighteen different characters).
