Review the guidelines. Process your payment, and then complete the Form by uploading the payment proof for the submission to be accepted.
This payment is not for access to the exhibition, which will take place in May 2025. The payment serves to process project applications. It does not guarantee a spot in the exhibition. Each submitted project helps fund the exhibition, and as such, each contribution will be recognized in the final event catalog as crowdfunding sponsorship.
The application form can be found in the "About this event" section. Remember to upload proof of payment with your application.
Currently, presenting a laboratory space as a project is not permitted for this call. However, there will soon be a call for learning spaces and methodologies where courses and laboratories from various academic spaces in Latin America working on bio-design and biomaterials can be submitted.
Scholarships are available for special cases, but only in general. Individuals should contact biopolimerica@gmail.com to explain their situation and discuss the possibility of offering a scholarship.
