Competent Assistance in Crises and Mental Health Issues
The First Aid Course for Mental Health enhances knowledge about mental well-being, reduces stigmatizing behavior, boosts confidence in one's helping abilities, and supports personal mental health. Initially, the course provides foundational knowledge about mental disorders. Following this, specific first aid measures for developing mental health issues and acute psychological crises are taught and reinforced through practical exercises.
The course is divided into 4 parts, each lasting 3 hours.
The course begins on December 9, 2024, at 1:00 PM and continues until 4:00 PM, followed by a break, and resumes from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
On December 10, 2024, the course starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM, after a light refreshment, it continues at 2:00 PM and concludes at 5:00 PM.
