The meditation course focuses on self-empowerment through the release of negative energies and anxieties. Participants will enhance their resilience and improve their decision-making skills while learning to appreciate the small moments in life. This journey of meditation will help them connect with their inner selves and embrace the essence of life in a pure and loving manner.
The program spans 21 days, acknowledging that habit formation requires time and patience. It will take place online via Zoom from January 25, 2025, to February 15, 2025, at 6:45 PM daily. Participants can access daily recordings on a dedicated YouTube channel if they are unable to attend live sessions. No prior experience in meditation is necessary to join this enriching experience.
The course is organized by experienced volunteers from the Sahaja Yoga meditation community. This form of meditation was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and has been practiced in over 100 countries. The mission of Sahaja Yoga is to help individuals reconnect with their spirituality and achieve a higher state of consciousness.
Participants can join through the provided Zoom link or ID. A WhatsApp group will be formed for participants to access resources and stay informed throughout the course's duration. This group will facilitate communication and provide notifications related to the program.
If participants miss any sessions, they can make up for it through one-on-one support on Sundays, as well as access recorded sessions on YouTube. Additionally, joining the WhatsApp community will provide further resources and updates.
