The Good Noise Vancouver Gospel Choir returns this Christmas season with their popular concert series “Good Tidings! A Good Noise Gospel Christmas.” Founded by Gail, the choir has cultivated a beloved holiday tradition over the years. This concert series celebrates the musical legacy and leadership of Artistic & Executive Director, Gail Suderman, marking her retirement year.

Set in the iconic Christ Church Cathedral, these cherished holiday concerts are often sold-out events. Attendees can choose between three concert dates: December 14th at 3 pm and 8 pm, and December 16th at 8 pm.

This year, the choir is joined by the talented Gospel singer, Crystal Hicks, a dear friend of Gail and the choir. The program promises a delightful mix of gospel, soul, and jazz renditions of Christmas classics, inviting the audience into a joyous gospel music experience with Gail, Crystal, the choir, and the Good Noise Gospel Band.

For over two decades, Good Noise has been renowned for their vibrant gospel performances, conveying messages of hope, reconciliation, and peace. Since 2004, the choir has resonated with music enthusiasts across Metro Vancouver and beyond. Their repertoire, ranging from timeless gospel to contemporary pieces infused with elements of Soul and R&B, has established Good Noise as an essential choir to see and hear. They have been consistently recognized as the top Choral/Opera group in the Vancouver Courier “Stars of Vancouver” Reader’s Choice awards, owing to their remarkable engagement with audiences.
