This training is exclusively organized for customers who have purchased software products. Each participating company is permitted to send only two attendees. If any company wishes to send more than two, prior approval must be obtained. Incomplete registration details may lead to removal from the attendee list after notification. Attendees are expected to make every effort to attend; anyone unable to join should inform the organizers in advance to allow for redistribution of seats.
Key topics include preparation for e-invoice implementation, practical exercises using actual data, and understanding transaction types within the e-invoice system. There is a six-month grace period for e-invoice implementation.
Participants will gain insights into setting up the MyInvois Portal for testing and production environments, registering on the platform, and designating the necessary ERP and intermediary representatives.
The training will cover essential fields within the e-invoice and the process for entering them in SQL, as well as searching for company registration numbers and Tax Identification Numbers (TIN).
Additionally, attendees will learn about useful classification codes, how to maintain items, and inputting invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and refund notes for validation. The addition of QR codes to e-invoice printouts will also be discussed, along with the procedures for checking and importing supplier e-invoices.
Key sessions will address how to cancel or reject validated e-invoices, submit consolidated e-invoices, and understand the types of transactions involved with self-billed e-invoices, as well as the batch submission of e-invoices.
Furthermore, the training will cover e-invoice treatments for deposits and reimbursements related to expenses incurred by employees on behalf of their employer.
