Theme: Managing Burnout

As the year draws to a close, many individuals encounter increased pressures related to academic goals, holiday demands, or personal reflections.

Burnout is a recognized challenge in today's high-speed, results-oriented society, characterized by mental, physical, and emotional fatigue that diminishes productivity and vitality. Understanding how to cope with burnout is essential for maintaining a fulfilling life. Participants are encouraged to pause and consider how burnout impacts them, while also discovering practical strategies for management.

  • Express thoughts and emotions in a judgment-free setting
  • Gain insights from diverse experiences
  • Enhance listening and empathy abilities
