Burnout is a recognized challenge in today's high-speed, results-oriented society, characterized by mental, physical, and emotional fatigue that diminishes productivity and vitality. Understanding how to cope with burnout is essential for maintaining a fulfilling life. Participants are encouraged to pause and consider how burnout impacts them, while also discovering practical strategies for management.
