Course Overview
This Somatic Healing Course offers an immersive experience focused on enhancing bodily awareness through a meditative approach. Participants will engage in practices designed to identify and address limitations affecting their overall health, including physical, mental, and emotional challenges.
Through guided exploration, attendees will delve into their personal narratives within the body, learning to observe the energy tied to past experiences and survival instincts. This process promotes energy revitalization, elevates consciousness, and fosters a deeper understanding of one's inner potential.
The course features a combination of lectures and practical sessions, where participants will learn various concepts related to somatic integration, the nature of pain, self-regulation, and the autonomic nervous system.

This introductory course may lead to a 40-hour certification, empowering participants to share their knowledge with others while addressing trauma and limiting beliefs.

Instructor Bio: Swan Michelle is a seasoned Holistic Educator and Sound Therapist with a focus on meditation and energy healing. She founded Swan River Yoga, the largest wellness center in the Gulf Coast region. Her extensive learning journey includes training in various disciplines such as Asana, Sound Therapy, Ayurveda, and Somatic Meditation. She has studied with acclaimed teachers and is currently enhancing her knowledge in neuroscience with Dr. Joe Dispenza.
