COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS TO ATTEND THE FINAL CEREMONY OF THE NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC DISSEMINATION AWARD 2024 | GIANCARLO DOSI
During the event, the authors of the top three books in each scientific category will present their works to the audience and the national jury, who had previously read the competing books, in hopes of winning their votes. Each author will have two minutes to make a final appeal for their book. This will be followed by an electronic voting process that will first determine the winners in each category and then the overall winner of the National Scientific Dissemination Award. The president of the jury is Giorgio De Rita, the chair of the scientific committee for the award.
The National Scientific Dissemination Award, now in its twelfth edition, attracts over 400 authors each year. After a rigorous selection process by the juries during the summer in each scientific area, the Scientific Committee has chosen the authors whose works will compete for recognition in the final phase on December 12 in Rome.
At the conclusion of the event, the Italian Book Association will kindly host a small buffet and a toast to exchange holiday greetings with guests.
The National Scientific Dissemination Award is organized by the Italian Book Association. Main partners include BPER Banca and the National Research Council (CNR).
