Admission to the gallery is complimentary, and all offerings at Esker are free of charge. There is ample parking available in the building's underground and south surface parking lots, accessible from the rear. After parking, visitors can head directly to the 4th floor gallery to register their vehicles at the front desk.
The facility is fully accessible, featuring elevators to the 4th floor and an accessibility door located beside the revolving door. An all-gender accessible washroom is also available in the gallery. Only service dogs are permitted within the gallery, while filming is allowed, provided it is done without flash and only for personal or social media use.
