Accelerating the Transformation of Offices into Housing

Since 2016, Paris-Île de France Capitale Économique (PCE), driven by Xavier Lépine, has been engaging urban sector stakeholders to facilitate the conversion of offices into housing. Significant achievements include PCE's contribution to the ELAN law, which introduced construction bonuses, and the establishment of the International Prize for the Transformation of Offices into Housing, in collaboration with the Maison de l'architecture Île-de-France.

Hosted by The Foundation by PCE and in partnership with Paris La Défense, this exceptional conference will analyze and propose concrete solutions to address this large-scale challenge.
