The CATALYST project aims to serve as a central hub and catalyst for sustainable business transformation across Europe. It focuses on two main objectives: enhancing the skills of professionals and trainees while implementing vocational training programs and collaborative research projects in selected sectors. To achieve this, an educational platform featuring 70 free courses has been created, covering topics like business transformation, circular economy, sustainable development, and intellectual capital management. Additionally, it seeks to establish unified Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in five European countries (Greece, Portugal, North Macedonia, Germany, and Austria) to support and inspire Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in reassessing and redesigning their business models with sustainability in mind. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the available educational courses and how these can aid in acquiring new skills and upgrading existing ones.
